Refund requests for online courses must be made within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 25 % of the course content.
1.2 Virtual training (individual or group sessions)
Requests for refunds for virtual training courses must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the session. If your request is made within this time, you will receive a full refund.

2.2 Approval of reimbursement

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- For courses where more than 25 % of content has been accessed, but where exceptional circumstances can be demonstrated.
- For virtual training courses, if the request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date, and a valid reason is provided.
3. Non-refundable items

3.2 Completed courses or training
No refunds will be given for courses that have been fully completed.
